What you need :
- Eggs - 565 gms
- Castor sugar - 280 gms
- Flour - 375 gms
- Salt - 6 gms
- Vanilla essence - 5 ml
- Milk - 935 ml
- Oil - 185 ml
- Assorted fruits cubes - 200 gms
- Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 200 gms
Method :
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, castor sugar & vanilla essence in a bowl and strain the mix to avoid any egg shell particles.
Sieve the flour and whisk it with the above mixture.
Strain the mix and rest for 30 minutes.
Make the crepe while folding assorted fruits cubes with Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly.
