What you need :
- Cream - 375 ml
- Milk - 125 ml
- Sugar - 100 gms
- Vanilla essence - 10 ml
- Egg yolk - 8.5 no.
- Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 50 gms
Boil milk, cream, vanilla essence and sugar together.
Whisk yolks in a mixing bowl.
Add boiling milk to the yolks slowly while continuously whisking it.
Cool it overnight.
Pour in ramekins and add Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly.
Chill it before serving and burn on top.
