What you need :

  • Flour - 120 gms
  • Eggs - 5 Nos.
  • Sugar - 120 gms
  • Vanilla essence - 5 ml

Filling :

  • Whipped cream - 250 gms
  • Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 100 gms

Method :

Whisk sugar and eggs on a double boiler till the mixture is warm. Once it is warm, start whisking it on the mixer till soft peak.
Sieve flour and baking powder and fold in gently to the whipped eggs.
Fold in melted butter at the last and bake in a lined tray for 10-15 mins at 180 degree Celsius.
Once baked, allow it to rest till it cools down.
Once cool, put the sponge on a clean butter paper. Spread whipped cream and sprinkle with Alpenliebe juzt jelly.
Then roll the sponge to make Swiss roll.
Let it rest for 30 mins and then cut and serve.
