What you need :

  • Butter - 250 gms
  • Sugar - 250 gms
  • Flour - 250 gms
  • Eggs - 300 gms
  • Baking powder - 5 gms
  • Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 50 gms
  • Vanilla Essence - 10 ml

Method :

Add cream, butter, and sugar in the dough mixer.
Add eggs one by one, and add vanilla essence.
Sieve baking powder and flour together and add it to the above mixture.
Pour the mixture in muffin mould and press Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly in the center of the batter.
Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 25 mins.
