What you need :
- Refined flour - 100 gms
- Salt - 5 gms
- Refined oil - 20 gms
- Oil for deep frying
For Filling :
- Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 100 gms
- Khoya - 220 gms
Sieve the flour and put salt to mix well. Add Dalda ghee and water and mix together to make medium soft dough.
Divide the dough and shape into balls. Keep aside and cover with a moist cloth for 15-20 min.
Roll each ball with the rolling pin into a slightly thin Puri, slightly elongated in shape. Take a knife and divide the rolled Puri into two by cutting through the center; It would shape like a semi-circle.
Stuff the Khoya and jelly. Make folds into a triangle shape, and apply a few water droplets around the edges to seal the Samosa!
Deep fry it and serve hot.
