What you need :

  • Puri – 5 pcs
  • Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly – 15 gms
  • Tutti Frutti – 10 gms
  • Cake crumbs – 10 gms
  • Thin White chocolate Sauce
  • White chocolate (chopped) - 225 gms
  • Half-and-half or light cream - 1/2 cup
  • Unsalted butter - 2 teaspoons

Method :

Heat the cream on the stove top in small pot.
Once it starts to boil, remove from heat and add butter and chocolate.
Whisk until smooth.
Let it cool.
Fill the puris with chopped Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly, Tutti Frutti & cake crumbs.
Pour thin white chocolate sauce in the puris while serving.
