What you need :
- Rice - 3 cups
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Fruit jam - 10 gms
- Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 20 gms
Soak rice, dal and Methi Dana for 6 hours.
Then grind them to a fine thin batter by adding little water.
Add salt to it and leave it covered for 12 hours for fermentation.
Chop the Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly into halves or quarters and mix in the batter.
Now heat a non-stick tawa and spread 1 cup of the batter on the whole of the pan and make sure its thick.
Grease all the corners, flip, and then cook it on the other side also.
Serve it hot.
