White Chocolate and Jelly Brownie

What you need :
- Flour - 400 gms
- Butter - 500 gms
- Sugar - 1000 gms
- Eggs - 600 gms
- White chocolate - 200 gms
- Baking powder - 10 gms
- Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly - 200 gms
Melt butter in a pan. Then pour it in the mixer with sugar and whisk it well till the sugar is almost dissolved.
Then add eggs, one by one in the above mixture.
Sieve flour and baking powder and add it to the mixture. Whisk it for 2 minutes at 2nd speed and make sure there are no lumps of flour.
Add Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly and white chocolate. Mix it gently.
Put it in a greased tray and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30 mins.
Rest it for 30 mins after taking it out of the oven.
